14. The person who is under investigation shall not-

(a) regarding any property owned by him, sell or transfer the said property during the investigation period;

(b) destroy or act with intention to destroy any property entrusted to him in accordance with the procedures.

15. If the person who is under investigation is found to have violated the prohibition contained in sub-section (a) or sub-section (b) of section 14, he shall, on conviction be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend from a minimum of five years to a maximum of ten years.
